The first floor contains a living room, dining room, bedroom (queen), full bathroom, and kitchen. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms (all queens) and a full bathroom. The third floor has 2 bedrooms (1 twin/bedroom) with dormered (slanted with the roofline) ceilings.
This home also offers laundry facilities in the basement. There is a 1 car garage and driveway parking. Please note: if booking for 4 guests or less, the 3rd level will not be accessible. Guests have access to the entire home when booking it as a 6 bedroom. If guests want 4 bedrooms or less, the 3rd floor will not be accessible. There are free WiFi and laundry facilities.
The base rate is based off of 2 person occupancy. There is an additional fee of $50/person/night for any additional guests. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE GUEST COUNT OF YOUR RESERVATION IS ACCURATE. The number of occupants at any time is limited to the guest count listed on the reservation. If additional undisclosed guests are discovered at the property, there will be a $250/guest/night fee.
