This is a single-family ranch home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a private driveway with parking for 4 cars. The entire home has been renovated with all new appliances, paint, flooring, etc. There are 3 living areas for everyone to spread out and relax! A main living room open to the kitchen, a spacious family room with connected dining area with a large table for 8, and a basement rec area with another TV and a PING-PONG table! Relax and have fun in The Lyons Woods Ranch!
You will have full access to the entire home, including the large basement with a ping pong table and another couch, TV and table. Plus enjoy the private backyard!

This lovely home is located near the intersection of Jackson and Blanchard in Waukegan. There is beautiful Lyons Woods Forest Preserve is just around the corner. Explore miles of trails through oak prairies and pine forests. Just 3 blocks away is Clark Elementary School with playgrounds, baseball fields and plenty of green space to run and play.
You are 5 minutes away from Emily's Pancake House. They serve a great breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. Another 5 minutes south are you are at Vista East Medical Center. The Great Lakes Naval Base is a quick 15 minutes away. Gurnee, Illinois is about 25 minutes away where you can have fun at Six Flags Great America as well as Gurnee Mills Shopping Mall. To explore some bigger cities, we are about an hour away from downtown Chicago and Milwaukee, Wisconsin!
There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway, and ample street parking. I recommend using a car to be able to access all of the Greater Chicagoland area, however, there is public transportation in town. The Waukegan Metra Station is about 2.5 miles away and has trains throughout the day going to Chicago and all along the North Shore.
We don't allow parties or smoking inside the home. Please remove your shoes upon entering.
-No Smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Use the waste receptacle provided.
-No vaping inside the home.
-No shoes in the house. Remove them at the door upon entering. Shoe rack is provided. House shoes/slippers are allowed.
-No parties. We have exterior security cameras and if we see more guests than you booked for, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee.
-No pets. We have exterior security cameras and if we see a pet, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee.
-Check-out is at 11am. If you stay later, you will be fined $50 per hour if you stay past 11am. Our cleaning teams arrive at 11 am because we have new guests arriving at 3pm. They need enough time to thoroughly clean the home.
