Positive: We did enjoy our stay at Denise's lovely home. It was a lovely safe location which we enjoyed because everything within Downer's Grove was within walking distance. The facility was very clean and we were surprised by how many amenities she had present like cleaning solutions, body wash, the fact that she had two TVs, a microwave, a coffee maker, a washer and dryer, even toys and supplies for animals. We also were so grateful that it was a pet friendly facility

Negative: The main issue we had here was the entrance into the unit itself. Yes, the door was inconspicuous and yes, it was heavy enough to kind of protect the entrance doorway, however, we were constantly concerned that the door could be broken into because it was locked by a lock that was held together by two screws. Yes there were also secure locks on the inside but locking up in the middle of the day made us cautious about making sure no one could get in. We were also cautious given that the lock was very difficult to secure, it always took us a lot of time. If someone wanted to get in, they could by just pushing a little harder on the door. Just for some helpful feedback - in future, the venue would benefit from an automatic secure lock. We were very lucky that the homeowner was home most of the time and that the area was very safe.

Summary: Overall, enjoyable experience but be careful when locking up!
