Absolutely no fireworks! This is a log cabin and there’s dry leaf beds in every direction and a major fire could easily start from fireworks/sparks.
Upon leaving all pots and pans should be washed, and dishes loaded in to dishwasher and run. Please empty the fridge of your items.
Wet towels can be left on towel racks upon leaving to dry.
All garbage should be bagged. Tie up before you go to avoid germs and odors.
No un-bagged garbage in bins near garage!
Please pick up any waste left around yard. NO GLASSWARE OUTSIDE FOR SAFETY!
Absolutely no smoking/vaping indoors. If found fine is minimum $500
Absolutely no dogs/pets. Subject to $250 fine per day.
Any videos or movies charged to our home account will be deducted from deposit, or must be paid for by you.
Absolutely no parties or events unless approved in advance. If found fine is minimum $5,000 plus damages.
Accidents Happen! If anything is broken, or if there is an accident, please call us right away. If I don’t answer, leave a voice mail. THEN: Please text me and let me know you left a voice mail. I promise I will respond ASAP!
