Enjoy 360 views with nearly 3,000 feet of shoreline! Access crystal clear waters from a new dock and enjoy world class fishing on nearly three thousand acres on the Little Boy and Wabedo chain of lakes. If you're looking for a slower speed, take a lake tour in the provided sit-on kayak, sit-in kayak, and/or stand-up paddle board. Rainy day? Enjoy a personal home theater + a massive rec room complete with a television, ping pong, pool table, and bar. All new furnishings as of spring 2022. This home has it all!
This home is easy to access from all major surrounding metropolitan areas. It is approximately 3 hours north of Minneapolis, 6 hours from Madison, and 9 hours from Chicago (majority of drive can either be interstate via Minneapolis or scenic via Duluth). We chose the location because of the balance between nature/relaxation and tourist activities (the more densely populated Gull Lake and Cross Lake areas are approx. one hour away). If you want peaceful seclusion but still have access to it all, this is the place for you!
