- Check-in at 4 p.m. / Check-out at 11:00 a.m. Your access code will automatically be deactivated at this time. Any late checkout is subjected to a late checkout fee of $100 USD. Please check with the host if late checkout can be accommodated.
- Early check-in: Please contact the host to see if this can be accommodated. depending on how early in advance there may be an extra charge.
- If your late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge you for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.

- Park in the driveway and garage. Please do not block the sidewalk. 2 cars can be parked in the driveway and 1 car parked horizontally in the driveway. Street parking is available between the hours of 6 a.m. - 11 p.m. Please do not park on the street after 11 p.m. to avoid parking citations by the city.
- Upon check-in please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning or broken so it can be rectified.
- All overnight guests my listed on the reservations. Any guest not on the reservation must vacate the property by 11 p.m.
- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have.
Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without a refund
