Summary: Nice neighborhood and plenty of parking. Air conditioning was an issue the whole time because the unit is too small to cool the place consistently. Nice to have a garage but you had hit the button numerous times to get it to close. One of the beds would literally cave down in the middle because bed frame missing a slat. Had to sleep in the other room where we hung bath towel over window to keep neighbor security light from shining on our faces. Kitchen was decent but overall place seemed slapped together so it could be rented.
