It’s located in the hottest area of Downtown Ottawa, where you will experience close proximity to restaurants, shops and so many other vibrant areas of the city. The Layout:
This one level space is as unique in layout as it is in design, yet it is so divinely functional! The entrance opens up into the living space, with the bedroom and bathroom located off of the living area. The main living space then leads into the stunning kitchen creating a savvy floor plan characterized by creativity and functionality.

There is one parking spaces allocated for this loft along the back of the building.
Interaction with Guests:
We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.
We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
