Comfortable for families. If you have children, we have a pack n' play and a bin of children's toys (ages 3+), also children's dishes and a high chair.
Overall we have 1 King bed and 2 queen beds, an inflatable queen mattress, and a full sleeper sofa bed. Blackout curtains are in each bedroom. The remodeled Kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, including a dish washer, and clothes washer and dryer machine! 2 new bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Access to fully fenced, pet friendly backyard patio. Free private parking for up to 4 cars.
Inside the home, the foyer opens up to a living room with restored hardwood flooring. Around the corner is a large dine in kitchen all done in brand new flooring, granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. Among the three bedrooms is a massive master suite with a King Bed, separate shower and tub with vanity sinks. The second and third bedrooms have comfy queen beds.
All bedrooms have high quality mattresses, night lamps with USB outlets to charge phones and tablets, and large 4k HDTV's.
Note: All guests on the property must be on the booking. The maximum house capacity is 10 people. No more than 10 are allowed in the house and they must all be on the booking contract. House rule violations include: Unauthorized visitors, parties, events, smoking/ vaping and are subject to immediate cancellation without refund. We value the safety and security of our guests as well as our neighbors.
Please do not flush wipes, tampons, or paper towels. This will clog the plumbing.

PET FEES and PET RULES:
Standard pet fee is 1-2 pets $75.
For 3-4 pets the fee is $150
If we have to clean up pet urine or droppings in the apartment or pet droppings outside we will charge additional.
We must be notified if you have animals, even if they are service animals. Animals must not be left unattended unless they are crated. They cannot be left loose alone in the house.
