Summary: we arrived at the hotel between 730 and 8:00 PM and took almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and help us after we repeatedly rang the bell. Elevator was broken forced us to take the stairs and person at front desk actually laughed when we asked for directions to the elevator room was OK at best bathroom was terribly dirty holes in the wall, large gaping hole around insect Kleenex box, toilet would not flush and was refilling with water about every 45 minutes to an hour. In general hotel looked very dirty and unkept. towels and bathroom that should’ve been freshly cleaned had dark hair strands embedded on the towel. also around 10 to 10:30 PM there seemed to be construction noise going on in the hallway or in an adjacent room.
