A: We have security cameras on the outside of the property that cover the entry door and entry walkway. This helps us control check ins and check outs, verify number of guests & keep the property secure for all. Parties and extra guests are not permitted since we want to be respectful to our neighbors.
A: We use Minut sound monitors. Minut is camera-free. The Minut device only measures decibel levels; it never records conversations, audio, or capture any other sensitive data.
