Summary: Checked in the first room and my wife noticed a foul odor from the bathroom and saw stains in the tub. They did offer a room change but that room the Ac was not working properly but at that point we just dealt with it because we didn’t want to be those people. The First Lady (crystle) we checked in with said “oh you’re only staying for 3 nights so you won’t need housekeeping. “ Which didn’t register until I got upstairs and found we only had 3 towels for 5 people in our room ( 2 adults, 3 kids) so I immediately had to request more towels. The next day when my wife went down to request more towels ( because no one cleaned our room and replaced the used towels) crystle again was there and gave a lot of condescending attitude and made my wife feel like she’s begging for towels. I went down and told them we needed our room cleaned and towels replaced for the remainder of the stay, which should have been the case from the beginning. The carpets on the floor STUNK! They need to be replaced for sure, especially the second floor. Pool was out of commission our entire stay which was another issue. The rest of the staff were really nice people and very sweet, especially the workers for the morning breakfast. Keep the nice staff but clean up the hotel please!
