Mariner's Landing has a 6 pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking this rules.We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.We greatly appreciate your cooperation and respect for our homes.
