Description of the Space:
This 3549 square feet 6 bedroom home sits on 4.5 acres of wooded private property featuring a horseshoe driveway for ease of pulling boats in and out and plenty of space for parking. The open concept kitchen, family room and dining room features a spansive island with additional seating and a cozy gas stone fireplace with beautiful live edge cedar mantle. This home also has a large basement family room with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and kitchenette. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable and separated with a total of 4 king and 4 queen beds as well as 3 full size bathrooms and 1st floor master en suite. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level all with a king bed, 1 loft bedroom with 3 queen beds, and 2 basement bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen bed. The kids will love the loft area with 3 queen beds and great views of the beautiful property! In addition, frequently you will see wildlife on the property while relaxing in the many outdoor spaces. This home has an amazing screened in porch with sectional couch and chair with outdoor gas fireplace and TV. There is a covered main level deck with 8 rocking chairs and tables to enjoy the scenery that is the full length of the house. Beneath the deck is a lower level covered concrete patio on the front of the house perfect for a corn hole game with lots of seating as well. The back of the home has a covered concrete porch that is the entire length of the house and has an outdoor dining space. All outdoor areas have fans to cool you down. There is a raised fire pit with bench and adirondack seating privately tucked behind the house perfect for a cozy night catching up with friends and family! As a bonus, the mud room of this home has plenty of storage and has a commercial ice-maker that can be used to fill your coolers for a long day on the lake. Around the corner only 2.2 miles away is the Iberia boat ramp where you can put your watercraft in the lake or swim at the beach. You will have access to a Classic Arcade with 5000+ games, an electronic game table, corn hole boards, board games, poker chips, and card games for all ages to use during your stay as well as toys!
