Built in 2016, this home features two primary suites, one being on the first floor. With the home facing the central park, you can enjoy summer concerts right from the front porches. The first floor offers an open floor plan. The second floor includes, the second primary suite, a third bedroom large enough to accommodate four adults or children, an additional open gaming area with a pull-out couch. The spacious backyard, which includes a gas grill and an outdoor shower, is perfect for gatherings or for relaxing while sitting under the screened-in back deck. Additionally, we offer a four-seater and six-seater beach cruisers available to rent, ready to go when you arrive on the property.
