Recently updated, gorgeous nearly waterfront single family house. Four extremely large bedrooms on the upper-level and two full bathrooms with separate showers and jacuzzi hot tubs. Main level has an additional bedroom that's being used as a dedicated office with a pull-out sofa. Full working office with large desk area, privacy, supplies and printer. There a full bathroom right by the office with a custom tiled shower. The gourmet kitchen is also on the 1st/main floor with lots of room and even a "butler's pantry-breezeway". The living room, dining area and family room are all open to the kitchen. It's a huge open space so the entire family can easily interact. There's an open unfinished basement that you more than welcome use. It's carpeted and there's an old bar down there along with a washing machine, dryers, sump pump, sink and water softener. There are a few kid toys down there too. So, send the kids or the men down there! Home is very quiet and tranquil.
Steps away from Diamond Lake. Absolutely stunning views from the master suite. No matter the time of year. Please be aware if you have small children, we are close to the water.
Bring your water toys in the summer. motorized boats, jet skis and wave runners are allowed. Water skiing is very popular on this lake. You will see residents in the area driving little golf carts everywhere. Feel free to bring your own quads or golf carts in the summertime. You can also bring your boats motorized or not as well as jet skis, canoes, row boats and sailboats.
Bring your ice skates and sleds in the winter. There is a one and a half car garage and room to park six vehicles on the property three in the front and three in the rear of the property. If there is a party, you may also park along the street just please don’t block, neighbors driveways. Summers are also a hoot you’re allowed to have motorized boats jet skis on the water. There is jumps. There is pontoon boats so many things to do on the Water besides just swimming. They’re swimming there is perfecting dives and cannibals.
