GLAMping, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, Yoga/church retreat, stay-cation, etc... You name it, this is the perfect spot for you and your group to stay. Please read reviews! I take care of my guests very well. This beautiful 3 bedroom 4 bath cabin at Grizzly Jack's Grand Bear Resort is available to rent out at a fraction of the cost of renting thru the resort. The 2800 sq foot unit is located on the west side of the property, in a quiet nook. Close enough to hike to Starved Rock's Canyons! The cabin offers sleeping arrangements for 16 guests including: 1 King (sleeps 2)in the Master Suite with jetted whirlpool tub 2 Queens (2 each) in the 2nd Master Suite with a jetted whirlpool tub 2 Sets of bunk beds in 3rd bedroom with twins (1ea) on top and Queens (2ea) on bottom. There are also 2 pull out couches (1 in the living room and 1 upstairs in the master). Sleeps 2 each. Now with Serta pillow top mattress toppers! We've got an air mattress in a closet as well if needed. The living room boasts a grand fireplace, 55" flat screen tv, seating for 20, and a back door to walk straight out to a small patio. Only one working fireplace - in living room. Fireplace is shut off from May - August. Linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot and filters, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and basic spices are all provided for your convenience! I provide one towel per guest per 3 night stay. I suggest bringing towels if you'd like more. Although there are dishes provided, I suggest bringing paper plates, plastic cups, and napkins. Nobody likes doing dishes on vacation! Early check-in available, just ask! *This cabin does not include the daily pass to the waterpark. I can not guarantee that it will even be open on your dates of travel. The cabins are run separately from the lodge. Please call Grand Bear directly to see if passes are available the day of your stay! Ask if they are selling to the public. There is no longer a grill. Our HOA prohibits it. If there's a fire because of it, our insurance won't cover it. :( 25 year old age minimum to rent! Your dates are secured when you pay. There is no maid service provided, or laundry available. Please inquire if this something your party requires. Please inquire with any special circumstances. I am easy to work with! Thank you!
