Golf Cart Access:
We offer the guests for this home access to a newer golf cart. You can easily download the "Villages GPS" for easy Golf Cart guidance over the whole area. The Golf Cart needs to be refilled by the guests after each stay so that it is ready for the next party. Guests are required to sign a waiver for the golf cart.

Getting around:
If you arrive by car, there is a large driveway that offers up to 2-3 parking spots. In addition to golf cart transportation, buses, taxis, and both Lyft and UBER operate in the area.
Booking & Property details:
Check-in time is 4 PM or after - Check out time is 10 AM or before. At this time, due to prolonged cleaning times, we do not accommodate early check-in or late check-out times.
All homes are strictly non-smoking inside and are pet-free. A $350 fee will apply if our cleaners detect smoking odor inside the home.
No big parties or events are allowed in any home. No loud outside noise after 10 PM in any homes.
First night of essentials is provided; after that, guests are to cater to their own needs. A list of what is included will be provided prior to arrival.
Stroller, PacknPlay and High Chair is available in the home for guests to borrow. Please clean items and put back in place before vacating the home.
Grill BBQ- We provide a gas grill (WEBER) for your use at this Pool Villa. Replacement propane tank needs to be provided and replaced by the guest. We ask guests who use the grill BBQ to clean and empty it prior to departure, so it's ready for the next guest.
