Located around the corner from Pistakee and Nippersink Lakes awaits a piece of tranquility. Our lake house sits on 3 adjoining properties along Nippersink Channel on the Chain O' Lakes in Northern Illinois. The property is semi-wooded on a main road near plenty of shopping. Fish merely feet from the back door. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee while watching deer drink from the water. The channel is relatively low traffic, inviting geese, ducks, turtles, cranes, and more. The lake house has 2 bedrooms and 1 luxury bathroom. Enjoy a walk in custom shower w/ bench and body sprayers. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 42" flat screen TV. There is drawer and hanging space available. The second bedroom has hanging space. There is a twin bed and a set of bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom). 32" TV equipt with a firestick which has Netflix, Amazon, and Disney +.The living room has a large sectional which can sleep 2, along with a 47" TV, complete with surround sound, DVD player, PS3, and Nintendo WII. Cook a meal in our fully functional kitchen with coffee station, toaster oven, blender, etc. Condiments, coffee, spices provided. Dining space looks out to the water and can seat 6 people. Washer and dryer available with laundry supplies. Shoot a game of pool or darts in the garage. All we ask is that you respect our belongings as this was our home until a family emergency and we have left the kitchen, bathroom, and most of everything fully stocked and ready to go! Both adjoining lots are very large, complete with a fire pit, fire table, and charcoal grill. Popular area for ice fishing and snow mobiles in winter. Code provided to electronic lock. Please note, you are renting a house that is by woods and water, although we treat for bugs, it is impossible to prevent them 100%. My brother does have his boat docked on a side lot and may access it from the side lot. I have a lot of inquires about swimming and having boats/water accessories. We do not offer anything to use on the water, please understand that it is a huge insurance liability issue! There are rentals right around the corner from us and trips offered for tubing, boating, canoeing, and kayaking. Just let me know and I can provide the info!
