2000 SF renovated unit is 7-9 min away from interstate 90, which takes you straight to O'hare Air & downtown! This property has 5 bedrooms, & 3 full bathrooms. Master suite & 1 downstairs bedroom BOTH HAVE A KING, and 2 bedrooms have a Queen. 1 bedroom has a Queen sleeper sofa. The living room has a sleeper couch with automatic air features and we have 1 air mattress (Total of 7 beds). Plenty of Kitchen utensils, including cooking spices and oils! Children friendly & lots of technology!
The space:
Updated home, with 2 car garage parking, driveway, and public parking. The home was renovated in 2018, so it presents a modern kitchen with all updated flooring. Arcade Room features 7 distinct gaming options, Darts, 2 player electronic basketball game, arcade cabinet with 2,000 classic games loaded, Ninja Turtle classic arcade cabinet. Street Fighter classic arcade cabinet, air hockey, and stick hockey! Additional lounge room features a pool table, ping pong table, TV, view to the outside patio, and comfortable seating to hang with friends and family! Cards and board game options available. Welcome the sunrise or sip some coffee right outside the master bedroom, with it's own patio and private experience!

Check-In Policy:
Normal check-in is 4 p.m.
2 p.m. early check-in is available if we have no guest checking out the same day.
For convenience, your bags may be dropped off anytime after 12p.m day of check-in.
Event Policy:
Through experience, we have noticed additional wear and tear, painting, broken & missing items after "events/parties". Unfortunately, it has been difficult, and timely to recoup necessary expenses through HomeAway/VRBO, which causes a negative experience for the next guest checking in, when they have a home needing items replaced.
Therefore all events/parties must be pre-approved and will incur a event deposit.
This deposit is paid directly to our company (FHS), through paypal or similar platform. Upon completion of reservation agreement, deposit will be refunded 3-4 business days after check-out, if no damage/smoke scent is observed, or items are missing.
This policy is written and detailed, and essentially reiterates house rules, and general care for our property. It will be emailed to all guest for a full review and acknowledgment.
Note: FHS classifies all 1 night stay's as a event, and incurs the same event deposit. Event policy must be acknowledged prior to booking 1 night stays. Contact host for the policy document.
Late Check-Out Policy:
Check-out is 10 a.m. unless otherwise approved in writing.
When guest depart late, the cleaning staff must wait to enter property, which delays our next guest check-in. Therefore, there will be a $50 fine, for every 30 minutes guest(s) are still on site, which is issued to our next guest as compensation for their inconvenience.
Note: 5th bedroom has no window.
