Located right in downtown Wilmington, our Studio66 is walking distance to great food and nightlife/bars, as well as the beautiful Kankakee river. No matter if you're traveling Route 66, visiting family in town, or staying locally for work, Studio66 is a fun and convenient place to stay. You'll feel right at home right off "The Mother Road" staying at our spacious studio!
Our Studio66 features a super comfortable Queen bed, as well as a 55" smart TV, WiFi, a full kitchen, and a well-equipped bathroom with a stand-up shower! The open floor plan makes stays convenient, as does the ground floor access. This stay in a historic building in downtown Wilmington will make your trip special!
Other things to note:
-Expect some authentic Route 66 road noise at times, although we have a white noise machine available for our lighter sleepers.
-While the Studio itself has been recently renovated, the building has lots of its 1930s character. This may show as imperfections in the plaster, creaky doors, potential noises and smells from other tenants in the building. While many people, including ourselves, find this endearing and indicative of the 100 years of history that have taken place in these walls, those with sensitivities may be best suited for the modern (and somewhat boring) hotels in nearby Joliet.
