THE SPACE
Enter the three-story residence via the grand foyer with sweeping spiral staircase on the main level where the social spaces impress with easy flow between rooms. You`ll love the expansive open floor plan with high ceilings and light-filled rooms graced by windows overlooking the waterfall pool.
The massive chef’s kitchen is a cook`s dream with 2 islands, ample counter space, and a deluxe housewares package. Host business dinners or formal parties in the elegant dining room that is accessed through the butler’s pantry and retire to the living room after dinner for drinks by the fireplace. The residence’s incredible primary suite is also on this floor and features a king-size bed, separate sitting area, and gorgeous bath with a jacuzzi tub, double sink vanity, and impressive walk-in double shower with 2 rain shower heads.
