Summary: Room was less than desirable. Flooring in bathroom needs to be redone tile sink when stepped on. Toilet is wobbly and tub needs to be refinished, enamel was peeling up on the bottom. Towel rack in bathroom was pushed into the wall. This place needs a lot of maintenance.
