This beautiful 3-4 bedroom, 3-bath home features new decks, 2 fireplaces, two-car garage, jetted tub, fire pit, swing set, and lots of space! It can be used as a 4-bedroom by using the downstairs fun room (includes a bed, couch and has a private bathroom). The home has two additional family rooms!
Located in a peaceful and quiet family neighborhood just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The home has tons of space, working piano, Roku TVs throughout, and fast internet.
The space
The house is professionally cleaned after each guest! We use Quad Cities Cleaning Pros to make sure the place is spotless and professionally staged.
The house is a two-level with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two family rooms, kitchen and dining room on the top level. The bottom level has a finished section that offers a family fun room with its own private full bathroom. The fun room is equipped with a bed and couch in case guests want to use it as a 4th bedroom. It has games, a large Roku TV, working fireplace and pingpong!
The two-stall garage is yours to use but see instructions in the user manual in the main formal living room or reach out to us for help using it.
There is a large deck on the north side of the home, which you'll certainly see as you pull up to the parking spot. It's equipped with a dining area and BBQ grill. There's another private deck off the primary room with rocking chairs for you to relax, watch the wildlife and read a book!
The house has been very well maintained and is simply beautiful including original wood framed windows, hardwood floors, and lots of character. We've installed new appliances (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator) in 2022 for your convenience!
The Roku TVs are equipped with a free subscription to Netflix premium for you to enjoy. Feel free to log into your HBO, Hulu accounts but make sure log out of them before you leave. Please don't log out of our Netflix accounts though!
Guest access
The entire space is yours to use. We simply ask that you don't go into the unfinished basement sections, which are clearly marked for you. That's just where we store some extra furniture and access to the HVAC and electrical is down there. We have it blocked off with room dividers.
