Located in the country with a private pond, biking/walking trails and horses grazing in the back pasture. 5 minutes to Wildlife Prairie Park, 10 minutes from the Greater Peoria Airport (General Wayne Downing, GWD) and 12 minutes to the Shoppes at Grand Prairie outdoor mall and Hyvee grocery. 15 minutes to the Louisville Slugger Sport Complex and restaurants. We own the adjacent property and just a short hike through the trails we have a small animal farm, swimming & fishing lake, wakeboard cable course, water slide, sand volleyball, and indoor pickleball/basketball/volleyball court. We are happy to host for those activities if prior arrangements are agreed upon.
