The space
Enjoy this 2 bedroom main floor of the house. Each room has a queen bed. There is one full size bathroom (with tub), a nice sized kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a covered outdoor area so you can be outside rain or shine!
There is an extra room with a queen bed and 1/2 bath w/ shower available for an additional $25/ night for 1 - 2 people.
The "dedicated work space" is located in the smaller of the two bedrooms.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire floor except for the bedroom and half bath on the south side of the house unless you have paid for additional guests, see "Other details".
You'll also have access to the back yard through the back door which is shared by me, along with the stairwell, BBQ, patio and furniture, etc.
Other things to note
*Note: I have a small studio in the backyard and twice a week or so there is band practice there from 6 -10PM. It's very well insulated and although you may hear some muffled music, you might not even notice it if you were watching a tv show or listening to music. The back yard is shared with me and bandmates.
For stays longer than a week you must have at least one 5 star review.
Additional Guest fee is $25 per night. If you have m
ore than 4 guests then there will be an additional charge of $25 per night for an extra room w/ Queen bed and 1/2 bath for up to two guests.
