Summary: Room carpet was stained, looked dirty and old. Bed was clean & comfortable. Liked the white comforter - was easy top see dirt or stains on it(saw none). No bedbugs or dirt seen under mattress edges. Sink countertop looked clean, as did shower stall(didn't use it).
