Garage has been converted into a home gym. Gym has wall to wall rubber mats, customer walls and custom lighting. Full gym equipment including leg press, cable machine, bench with 2 Olympic bars, 2 ab benches, and another multi use workout bench. Punching bag, weight rack and gym towels. Gym also has individual steam sauna which goes up to 120 degrees and kicks out great steam. Garage is also heated and gets very warm even on below zero days. There is also a 40" flat screen TV mounted so you can watch videos while you workout.
Home is equipped with tankless water heater for LONG hot showers and baths. Bathtub has padded head rest for relaxing bubble baths.
Home has 2 large 65" LG smart TV's, 2 separate living rooms on each floor which is ideal maintaining separate living spaces for those who have kids or need separate relaxation space. There is 1 large chase sofa upstairs and 1 large custom sectional sofa with reclining foot rests downstairs.
Home has Large outdoor patio with ample patio furniture. There is also a large custom BBQ grill with large granite countertop for food preparation. BBQ is equipped with natural gas fed from the home so you don't ever have to replace propane tank.
Home also has large shed which has some storage left if you need.
Home is situated on a half acre property with LOTS of yard space and even more privacy. Little to no exposure to neighbors. There is also an outdoor fire pit for evenings outdoors with friends and family.
