Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in an airstream? Maybe pack up and hall it into the hill country? This would be the spot you would want to park it. One you arrive the view will blow you away.
The airstream is a 1972 Sovereign. It's 31 feet of pure retro beauty! We remodeled the inside this year with the help of an interior designer, Kim Lewis.
Wondering about the name? “Casita Coyote” is actually not referring to the coyotes you can hear at night around the property. Last year, we visited a small town in Oaxaca, Mexico to learn about the history of mezcal and the agave plants in the region. Each type of agave is said to have certain effects on the body. The Coyote agave is a wild variety that calms the mind as well as relieves stress and anxiety. In fact, locals sometimes offer Coyote mezcal to guests on special occasions to help them relax. When we heard that story it seemed almost too perfect of a name. This space is designed to have the same effects as the Coyote agave. 😌🌵✨
The land is unique. It sits on the 70-foot cliff (there is a fence but please be careful). There is access to the water and swimming and kayaking are welcome! It's located in the perfect spot - -short drive to swimming holes, a farmers market, winery, and BBQ. In fact, there are 8 State parks within 45 minutes of the property! Once you arrive we have them all mapped out with the best trails and secret spots. Perfect day trips!
