Originally built as 2 separate apartments, this home offers 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and a dining room spread across two floors connected via an internal stairway.
Blocks away from a major interstate means as little as a 12 minute drive to either O'Hare or downtown (very traffic dependent). The Addison Blue Line station is a ten minute walk which will also take you directly to and from O'Hare or downtown. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, and there are a few bus lines that stop right down the street (including the bus to Wrigley Field)!
There is some free parking on our block as well as adjacent blocks and guests will have access to guest parking passes to park directly in front of the house if desired and available. Parking is easy to come by up until around 9pm after which you might have to look at the surrounding blocks with free parking.
This home comes with both the charms and quirks of a 1920's home! Doors might be a little sticky due to weather changes, floors definitely have a creak to them, and the steps on the stairway are much narrower than current standards would allow so please be careful when using it!
