Walk to restaurants and coffee in 5 minutes but feel like you are a world away from it all when you pass thru the gates.
Las Palomas is a special enclave of homes on the waterfront with many beautiful community gathering spaces, two swimming pools, a hot tub, showers/bathroom and many game courts (tennis, FOUR pickle ball courts , Bocce Ball, life-size chess, etc). The community has many amenities, described in my photos, and is also a very active social community with some of the friendliest neighbors we have ever met! You can choose to participate or not but there are many community events available to you, such as ladies lunches, book clubs, community parties and so much more. The home is 2956 of luxury and comfort with original fine art, gorgeous high-end furniture, sourced mostly from RH but accented with pieces from the local Bungalow furniture boutique, Arhaus and William Sonoma Home. 3 ensuite KING bedrooms, fantastic KING size mattresses, gorgeous bedding, beautiful, carefully selected (some custom-ordered) throw pillows and gorgeous accent pieces throughout. You will want for nothing.
The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with beautiful service-for-12 dishes, glassware, serving pieces and silverware from Crate and Barrel. High-end Cuisinart pots and pans from William Sonoma, in addition to a convenient non-stick set, fantastic knives, an abundance bakeware and everything else you would expect to find in an extremely well-equipped kitchen, designed for those who love to cook and entertain.
$16,775/month (inclusive of all utils and high-speed wireless internet and expanded cable TV) for a 3-month October 1, 2022-Jan 1, 2023 lease (arrival and departure are also somewhat flexible around those dates and the home is also available indefinitely starting on October 1, 2022). Rate increases in the high season--please inquire for dates and pricing. Prefer a 3-4 month minimum lease, depending on the dates. Long-term leases available.
