GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire 1,000 square feet space.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
PARKING
✤ Park directly in the driveway in front of the garage door. Use walkway to arrive at the front door. Garage door is operated manually. There is a latch that needs to be disengaged if you want to park inside 1 car garage. Cars and small SUVs only please! No VANs or trucks
STAIRS
✤ No climbing stairs is required. This is a small one level ranch home at ground level. 1 step to get inside the house.
ROUTER:
✤ The router is located in the laundry room. Unplug the router from the power. Wait 30 seconds and plug back in. The router will turn on and be ready for operation in about 1 minute
CIRCUIT BREAKER:
✤ It is located in the laundry room (circuit breaker panel on the wall) next to back entrance.
THERMOSTAT:
✤ It is located hallway (between bedrooms).
TRASH
✤ 2 garbage cans in the garage (1 garbage 1 recycle). Need to be set out for Thursday collection on the curb. Please make sure to put them back in during your stay
WASHER AND DRYER
✤ Back room behind kitchen (laundry room).
THIRD BEDROOM:
✤ 3rd bedroom designed for a child.
AIR MATTRESS
✤ We can provide air mattress if needed for adult stay.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Family friendly residential neighborhood with nearby parks and walking paths, such as O’Hara Woods Preserve and Lake Renwick Heron in Rookery Nature Preserve. Perfect for a low-key relaxing stay. Plenty of dining options and shopping centers in close proximity
GETTING AROUND:
Since this is a suburban neighborhood a car is needed to get around. Alternatively Uber can be used.
HOUSE RULES:
✤ Check in is after 3PM – Checkout is prior to 10AM<
✤ Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged based on availability at the time of booking and at the extra charge of $50 (each).
✤This property does not allow parties, events nor any kind of social function to take place inside the apartment. A violation of this or any noise complaint from neighbors may result in cancellation of booking, eviction, and penalties ($500).
✤ No Drugs, ILLEGAL activities and/or any type of COMMOTION anywhere on the property is allowed. Police authorities will be immediately alerted for any reports and violation of this plus a penalty of $300.
✤ ONLY guests included on the reservation are permitted on the premises. Any violation will result in a fee of $50/person/night for any undeclared guest.
✤ Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm-8am.
✤ Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at anytime.
✤ Please clear the sheets off of the bed and place all linens on the floor. Used towels should be placed on the bathroom floor. Please do not bunch up wet towels.
✤ Any diapers or sanitary/medical supplies should be placed in the outside trash bins.
✤ Please clean and put away all pots and pans. Please clear out the fridge and freezer of any food. Feel free to leave condiments (items that will not spoil) for the next guest. Please load and run the dishwasher before leaving.
✤ This is a non-smoking home. You may smoke outside of the house, but please properly dispose of all butts and papers
✤ Please help assure that we keep our home clean and sanitized by taking off shoes. We strive to keep home clean and respect our future guests.
✤ The home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while guests are on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise
✤ No daily maid service: While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
✤ Please make sure to turn off all lights & lock up the windows and doors upon exit.
✤ If guest is found to exceed guest limit capacity, the host has the right to terminate the reservation immediately with no refund, please be considerate of the rules.
✤ If locked out, there is a manual lock box located in the back. Please contact us for the emergency code.
✤ Please be respectful of the neighbors.
✤ No parties, gatherings, or other disruptive behavior is allowed and will result in immediate eviction and a fine of minimum $500
