Clean towels, sheets, etc for every guests
Please respect our neighbors, we would really appreciate it if you are going to smoke please smoke in the back yard instead in front of the house.
also, when booking please be specific with the ages of all your children.
It is requested that the utilities are used in a reasonable manner. lights, heater, aircon should be turn off when not needed.
Smoking inside the entire house will automatically forfeit your security deposit. (small lil room in the hotel charge $300 to clean the room from smoke, i can only imagine how much it would cost to do this house) so please no smoking inside the house. Thank you

Please dont be moving our furnitures such as couches, tables, beds, chairs, etc.
One time $250 cleaning fee goes to washing all beddings, towels, cleaning all bathrooms and general cleaning of the whole house.
