WELCOME TO COOPER'S CABIN! This exceptional, 4BR/3Bath, log home, is located in The Peaks (a gated subdivision) and offers incredible year-round, long-range, mountain views. Only 6.5 miles to the Beach @ Lake Lure, 7 miles to Chimney Rock State Park & 15 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center, you'll be close to almost everything this area has to offer. Complete with internet access... a 6-man hot tub, a game room w/Pool Table, Foosball, Ping Pong & more... Cooper's Cabin provides have everything you need for a fabulous family vacation.
Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by a lovely, covered front porch & chunky wood rocking chairs, which wraps it's way around to a large covered "gathering area" with more of the same furnishings, plus a glider seat, a picnic table & a gas grill. This continues on around the home, to the fully furnished upper level, back deck & those breathtaking views.
Just inside is a large foyer area & the cozy living area, with ample seating, easy access to the spacious decks. a gas-log fireplace & a flat-panel television that includes DirecTV. Off of the living area is the main dining area w/seating for 6-7 & the fully-equipped kitchen. There is additional dining seating for four(4) in the Foyer. Dine inside or out, in the fresh mountain air.
Also on this level is the Master Bedroom w/King bed & an adjoining private, full bathroom, complete with single vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. The washer and dryer are located in a closet in the king bed suite.
Upstairs, in the loft area, is an oversized chair with ottoman (that converts to a single bed) - perfect for an afternoon of reading, or the additional sleeping space that your family might need. The telescope provides for an even better view of the natural beauty of this area. Also on this level are two (2) bedrooms: 1 with a Queen bed & one with 2 full beds. There is full bathroom with tub & shower upstairs as well.
The lower level is the indoor entertainment space, complete with a flat screen TV, comfortable seating, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and a bunk area with a full bed & a twin bed.
Cooper's Cabin offers something for everyone. The layout of the home along with the cozy, comfortable sleeping areas allow for some separation of guests. There is fun indoors and beauty outside. Plus, it is perfect every season.
