Holiday Inn Club Vacations Fox River Resort is located along the shores of the Fox River. The seven-acre stocked lake provides an ideal environment for outdoor fun such as canoeing and fishing. Waterskiing and boating are not allowed on the lake. Resort activities feature an outdoor pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day, an executive nine-hole par 3 golf course, miniature golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, and volleyball. Pirate’s Cay Indoor Water Park is 31,000 square feet of indoor, year-round fun! The water park features a bucket dump with a pirate-themed splash play area, lazy river, and four slides. The completely glass-enclosed recreational area is climate controlled and features a retractable roof for pleasant days. The entry building includes Subway® and Mama DeLuca’s® Pizza, a souvenir gift shop, The Sand Bar for cocktails, arcade, along with party/event space, changing rooms, and showers. Some also provide Jacuzzis and a washer and dryer. Choose from roomy studios or one- or two-bedroom units. Most units offer lovely views of the Fox River or the green, rolling hills nearby. These include boating, swimming, tubing, waterskiing, hunting and fishing. Take in the Museum of Science and Industry, Shedds Aquarium, or shop along Chicago's Magnificent Mile. Chicago is only 78 miles away.

There is a fee for waterpark admission. Water Park hours are 12:00pm to 8:00pm Monday, Thursday and Friday. Hours for Saturday and Sunday are 10:00am to 9:00pm and closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The 1-in-3 Year Rule applies to 1-for-1 exchanges. The only exception is if you are an owner at the resort, a club owner, or confirming Extra Vacations. The 1-in-3 Year Rule applies to all Holiday Inn Club Vacations resorts. If consecutive weeks are booked, you cannot confirm again for 3 years from start date of last week confirmed.
You can confirm other HICV resorts the next year. The 1-in-3 year rule does not apply for consecutive weeks that are booked in the same calendar year.
