Total Privacy in this all brick home. Relax on the covered front porch or on the back patio. Land to roam plus 2 fire pits; the first has built in seating, the second, in the back, is surrounded by woods. There is a basketball hoop.
Be prepared as you enter to be greeted by beautiful piano music. The first room you will see is the piano room. Don't worry that you don't play because it plays by itself! Next, you'll notice great seating for 8 in the dining room. Walk on in to see a fantastic living room featuring a beautiful fireplace, comfortable seating for the whole group and a large Smart TV. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There is kitchen island seating plus seating for 6 at the solid cherry craftsman kitchen table looking out to the patio and the wooded back yard.
The second floor hosts four bedrooms; a master with a king size bed, fireplace, TV and it's own bathroom with a double shower and whirlpool tub. Two other bedrooms have queen size beds. The last bed room is designed for the kids; a dinosaur themed bunk bed and a "boat bed" with pirate bedding. A single cot can be added to any bed room.
A finished room above the garage is where the fun takes place. The game room has a 58” TV, a pool table and a foosball table. Like playing cards? You can use the fantastic game table. Many games are on hand or puzzles if you'd rather. Be sure to stock the mini-fridges with you favorite beverages. Bring your change for our new vending machine so you can use the Vintage popcorn maker when you are watching a movie.
If your group is large there is a wide open basement. If you bring your own cots or air mattresses there's plenty of room on the floor. A bathroom with a shower is steps away.
For security, a Ring Doorbell shows video of anyone ringing the bell and monitors the side porch and driveway.
