Luxe Breeze is one of the few Fort Lauderdale houses that offer both a private waterfront and easy walking distance to the beach. In all of Fort Lauderdale there are only a handful of houses closer to the beach. It is about a 5 minute walk on quiet streets and a path- since there is limited parking in the area, it is never overly crowded. The brand new seawall and wrap around dock, great for tying up your boat, fishing, or just enjoying the water views and sunsets. The back seawall and dock is 70’ long while the side/end seawall and dock is around 50’. Just be aware that there is a 7’ fixed bridge (at high tide) that the boat must be able to go under to make it into the intercostal or ocean. The views include Pier 66, which is especially cool at night, the 17th Street Bridge when drawn up, the new Broward County Convention Center, and docked cruise ships at Terminal 4. Enjoy the sunsets looking down the intercostal from the tropical end sitting area. The sounds of ships throughout the day let you know when to look out front to see them driving by. Over 15,000 square feet of private indoor and outdoor space.
Outside is a true private resort: Heated salt water pool, various chairs and recliners, outdoor umbrella, outdoor shower for after swimming, astro turf throughout, cornhole, pool basketball hoop, pool volleyball net, and a large floating dock. There are various outdoor sitting, dining, and work areas. For safety, there is a removable baby fence around the pool. If you don’t have kids it can be stored on your arrival. There are plenty of fences to children can play safely and parents can relax.
Inside, the lush waterfront views are everywhere: The entire house is one level, has beautiful marble floors, and has a waterfront or tropical view from every window.
Luxe Breeze is equipped for you to show up with only a carry-on. Most things that would make your stay easier are included like napkins, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, sheets/linens, pillows, bedding, bath towels, beach towels, printer, hairdryer, and even a pre-trip shopping service with fridge and freezer unload if you need it (for an added fee).
Livingroom: The best room in the house, overlook the saltwater intercostal, pool, and lush landscaping under the slightly vaulted ceiling surrounded by windows.

Kitchen: The modern art deco kitchen is one of the more unique spaces in the house. Fully stocked for all of your needs, the door leads to the covered porch and wonderful side courtyard.

• New 3 burner Weber gas grill in the courtyard just outside the kitchen door. Two propane tanks so you will not run out.

• All pots and pans have been updated and are PFA free

• There is a large walk in glass and marble shower, a vanity with plenty of space, a very large countertop for getting ready, and a large mirror.
There are a number of outdoor and beach specific supplies and items that we have to make your stay easier including a Yeti cooler, lots of beach chairs, a wagon to pull beach supplies to the beach, and a beach umbrella, The garage provides storage and a washer/ dryer. While this doesn’t provide parking, there is ample space out front for 3 vehicles. Inside the garage, look for the DeWalt battery powered blower to blow off debris anytime you need it. Due to the lush, tropical landscape, the turf, deck, and dock can sometimes become dirty in between weekly lawn services. Similarly, you will also see a pool skimmer in the garage or around the pool. Use that as you need to refresh the pool from leaves between cleanings.
