The condo has power recliners, king size beds and TVs in every room, even in your screened in patio. Conveniently located at I-17 and Peoria in Phoenix for easy access to the entire valley. There are great restaurants in the area and a fun park to entertain all ages.
The space has been newly remodeled condo with luxury furnishings and comfy beds and TVs in every room. Assortment of games, pool toys and racquets for your use. Refrigerator with ice and water and full stocked kitchen with coffee maker with coffee supplies. Washer and dryer and even a wagon to help you bring your items in.
You will have access to the entire condo except the outdoor closet. You have access to the pool, spa, lake and tennis court with a key provided.
Our complex is conveniently located and well kept and very quiet. The neighbors are friendly and the lake is so relaxing and the desert 🌵 landscaping is very beautiful. Service animals must be approved by the HOA.
