Second level condo - 23 stair steps, NO ELEVATOR. There is potential for noise from adjoining condos. The fireplace is NOT functional and has been sealed by HOA for safety reasons. The community pool is located in middle of the complex - please review the instructions. The closest public beach access is 0.9 miles away, with a traffic light to cross hwy. All Dare County public beach accesses are free of charge. Be aware of rip current warnings, beach flags, and other weather-related alerts. The Outer Banks is known for palmetto bugs, which resemble roaches but are harmless. Midge bugs, which resemble mosquitoes, are very common and harmless. A $250 refundable security deposit applies to certain bookings (direct, VRBO). For things to do, places to visit, and restaurant recommendations, try ChatGPT!

NO PETS allowed. Please follow town's quiet hours: 9 PM to 7 AM. Registered guests only—no extra visitors or overnight guests. No parties, drugs, drama, smoking, vaping, or weed in any form. Sensitive septic, please do not flush “flushable” items. Rinse sand off your feet before coming inside. No open flames, including candles, inside the house. Report any damages immediately. Check-in & check-out instructions must be followed.

Pool Location: center of the complex, 2-minute walk. 2025 Pool Season: May 16th - October 13th. Pool Hours: DAILY, from sunrise to sunset. NO lifeguard on duty. Please follow all association pool rules during your visit. Pool gate key fob is on the coat tree with a yellow tag. You’re welcome to enjoy the tennis court as well — use the same key fob. Make sure the fob is returned to the coat tree at the end of your stay! Lost pool gate key fob fee is $150 (charged to guest).

Check-out is no later than 10 AM. Strip the beds and place all used linens and towels in a pile. Gather all trash into the house trash can. Wash any used dishes before departure. Log out of any personal apps on the TV. Turn off all appliances and lights, and be sure to lock the door. Make sure the pool gate key fob is back to the coat tree: lost key fob fee $150! Send us a message as soon as you depart.
