Our spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath duplex home will comfortably sleep 2 guests in a king-size bed. It can also accommodate 2 more guests on a sectional sofa for an additional fee.

Our property is located 1 mile from beautiful downtown Belleville's restaurants, bars, and shops. Our neighborhood is full of historic 100+-year-old homes. It's a lively neighborhood with wonderful neighbors walking their dogs, jogging, and tending to their yards. Check out one of Belleville's many annual festivals on the Square or grab a bite at a local restaurant. With friendly neighbors and an entire place to yourself, you'll experience what it feels like to live in Belleville.
There are several parks in close proximity (East End Park - 0.5 miles, Laderman Park - 0.7 miles) as well as the MetroLink Bike Trail. You'll be close to grocery stores (Schnucks - 1 mile, Walmart - 2.8 miles), restaurants, and shopping, while still experiencing the comforts of a place to call home.

HOUSE RULES:
- Only registered guests are allowed at the property.
- For more than 2 guests, there is a $25 charge per person per night. Four guests total is the maximum number of guests allowed.
- Do not use the premise for any illegal activity.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Quiet time is from 10 pm - 8 am.
- Please park curbside in front of the duplex on the street.
- Our place is not childproofed and does not cater to children, nor does it provide baby gear.
- There is one security camera on the property on the front porch. It is turned on.
PET RULES:
Our place is pet-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs. We have a private fully fenced back and side yard. There is a flat $50 fee if you are bringing a dog with you during your stay.
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
- Dogs must be fully potty-trained.
- Please clean up after your dog(s) when they go to the bathroom.
- No barking allowed.
- Crates are not necessary, but your dog(s) must be well-behaved if left alone during your stay (i.e. staying off the furniture, remaining quiet, not chewing on doors or furniture, etc.)
