Positive: When arriving, we were greeted by very friendly staff members. Tina at the concierge desk was more then helpful and was so nice! The view from our oceanfront view was amazing!

Negative: While we enjoyed our stay, it would have been 5 starts across the board but the elevator closet to our room was out of order so we had to walk/haul our luggage a long way to our room. The TV had lines and spots in the screen.
