Vacationing at The Modern means you are looking for a classy home with all 3 covered patios, a gourmet kitchen, a separate wet bar, a sparkling pool, and waterfalls! You will be staying in a private oasis.
Living Spaces
Inside you will find a beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3,265 sq. ft. home with all the finishes you could think of. The modern designs mixed with technology and natural wood accents make for a beautiful setup for comfort. The chef of the group will likely not want to leave as there are double ovens, a pot filler next to the stove, and is fully stocked with cookware. Shake or stir your drinks up at the wet bar! Get excited with the ultimate open-concept entertainment space.
Outside is a private resort ready for you to gather around the outside living furniture with private patios spaces, soak up the sun on the pool loungers, and enjoy the amazing weather AZ has to offer.
Bedrooms
The Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are ready for your ultimate comfort and relaxation with views and access to the pool. You will love the en-suite bathroom with its together but separate tub and shower.
A second Master bedroom has its own bathroom and access to the backyard.
Get the friends stacked into the bunk bed room! The bunk room has access to the backyard as well.
Two guest bedrooms share a bathroom.
There is an office that has a soft couch to lay on as well.
House Rules
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
Pool heat is not available.
Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
No pets allowed.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
