It sits on a sea wall on the Centennial Beach with amazing views of surrounding islands and the absolute best spot to watch the sunset on Peaks. Steps away from a sandy beach has a public boat ramp nearby for kayaking, boating, etc. and only a ten minute walk from the Casco Bay Ferry Terminal, with taxi service available if coming to the island on foot! There is plenty of room to park your car at the cottage. We might be biased, but the Beach House is the most magical spot on the island.
