The apartment is located in a building with six retail storefronts on the ground level and six apartments on the second floor. I own and manage this building. This apartment underwent a complete renovation in 2017 in order to become my "in-town" apartment. My plans have changed and I am living elsewhere – so the apartment is yours to enjoy! The apartment features a bedroom with a queen bed and master bathroom, a custom kitchen, mudroom/laundry room, powder room 1/2 bath, and an outdoor deck. There is also a sofa bed if you need an additional bed. The bedding and linens are new and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal or to use regularly during a long-term stay. Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome with pre-approval.
We provide professionally cleaned linens. The apartment is professionally cleaned after each guest and we keep it spotless. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for a long-term stay. We provide a smart TV (Roku) and high-speed wireless internet. We provide a desk and chair for if you need to work from home. If you are staying longer than a week - we provide fresh linens and towels as needed. We maintain a management office on-site and are available to assist you during business hours.
