Thanks for taking an interest in our home. As a Premiere Partner, we pride ourselves in offering our guest the best possible experience. That being said, please read carefully and ask any questions you may have. This brand-new 3 bed/2.5 bath home sleeps 12 (2 king bed, 1 full bunk bed/1 twin bunk bed & 1 pullout couch) and is in the center of Music City, 16 minutes from the airport, Downtown Broadway, the Gulch, and some of Nashville's BEST restaurants. Inquire and hear back fast! This is a BRAND NEW home located between the trendy City Heights Area, Nashville's upscale Gulch and the best bars downtown. This 3 story home is the ideal spot for a group of friends, newly-weds, couples and bachelor/bachelorette parties to come and experience the amazing Music City. The second floor welcomes you with an over-sized kitchen island, a spacious living room and enough windows to provide all natural lighting throughout the beautiful Nashville afternoons. This home has an amazing rooftop view overlooking the entire city. --3PM CHECK IN // 10AM CHECK OUT // UNLESS DISCUSSED AND AGREED UPON BEFORE HAND :) -This property is in a residential area with an HOA. All residential ordinances and HOA rules must be adhered to throughout the duration of stay which includes but is not limited to no trash in the yard, no parking in the grass, no excessive noise/loud music, quiet hours from 10p-7a and no disturbance to our neighbors. -No excessive partying outside at any point, no excessive loud music outside at any point. Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise contained. Neighbor noise complaints resulting in police dispatch, will be a violation of this agreement and will immediately terminate this rental agreement. -Absolutely No smoking inside the home, you can smoke outside but please don't throw your cigarettes all over the yard or patio. Owner has the right to charge $500 for smoking in home and violating house rules. -The number of guests not to exceed the number of guests on the original reservation. No additional overnight guests prior to written approval from owner. The person that booked the reservation must be there upon check-in and checkout. -Please gather all USED pillow cases/sheets/towels and start a load (of towels first) before you leave. Do NOT bring down the comforters or the mattress pads. This helps us to keep the cleaning fee at the price we have it. -Please place all used dishes in dishwasher before check-out and start the cycle, detergent is under the sink :) -Please throw away all bagged trash in trash receptacles. All trash must be bagged. -Absolutely no pets allowed without written approval from owner. If guest does not report a pet, owner has the right to charge a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. -Additional Fees May apply if home is damaged or we are required to clean up bodily fluid. -Please treat the house as if it were your own. That being said: have fun, celebrate, drink and be merry.
