The home is located 0.5 miles off of route 127 on a long gravel driveway. We work hard to maintain the driveway, however due to inclement weather, there may be times when the driveway may be muddy, icy, snow covered, etc.
The home has stair/step access at all entries and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located upstairs.
There is water on the property near the home. Please use water safety around those areas, especially with children.
Landscaping and grass has recently been planted, therefore some outdoor areas are not fully grown in around the home, but there is a large yard with ample room for activities.
There is absolutely no hunting allowed on the property.
