This is a triplex building with two 2-bedroom apartments on the side, along with a 4 bedroom house. Street parking is free and we also have covered parking off the alley in back. The apartment has a stackable washer and dryer inside and we provide laundry soap!!

NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street.
