You have full access to the entire house during your stay, except for the garage, the living room closet, and one downstairs bedroom closet, which are reserved for storage. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the rest of the house, designed to enhance your experience.

We would like to inform you that our listing is conveniently located near a vibrant commercial district. As with many urban properties, it is important to note that there will be some street noise from traffic. Additionally, please be aware that we are situated just a block away from a fire station, and therefore, fire trucks may pass by the property. Typically the fire trucks do not use their sirens after 9:00PM. We recommend considering this factor if you are particularly sensitive to noise. Despite the urban ambiance, we are confident that the overall experience and convenient location will make your stay enjoyable.

Security Cameras:
For your safety and our home's security, we have external cameras in public areas outside the property. No cameras are inside the house or in private areas like the backyard. All cameras record video and audio. Camera locations include a video doorbell, a garage-mounted floodlight cam, a front yard cam, and a side gate cam along Lincoln Avenue. These cameras are intended for incident monitoring or unusual activity detected by our Minut crowd sensor.

Minut Noise and Crowd Sensor:
Please be aware that our property is equipped with a Minut noise monitor to ensure noise levels don't disturb neighbors. It alerts us to excessive noise decibel levels but does not record audio or conversations. Its purpose is to maintain a peaceful environment. By booking this listing, you acknowledge and agree to respect the quiet enjoyment of our neighbors and adhere to the City of San Diego designated quiet hours of 10:00pm-7:00am.

Additionally, a crowd sensor monitor is installed to track occupancy for safety. It does not record audio, video, or personal information.
