His visits are brief — typically around 20 minutes — and completely unobtrusive. We use no harsh chemicals in our pool care routine, which means the water is fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy within moments of Mark’s departure. You’ll never need to plan around it.
One other small thing worth knowing: the property’s sprinkler system runs automatically on Monday and Friday mornings at 3:00 AM. It’s quiet and over quickly, but we mention it so no one is caught off guard by the sound of sprinklers in the middle of the night. By the time you’re up for the day, everything is dry and the yard is at its best.
