Three large beds in each one of the guest rooms and 1 bunk bed in the 4th bedroom plus a futon in the game room. House sleeps 9 comfortably not counting the futon. Good location centrally located by North Palo Verde and Kiowa with plenty of parking for your boats, cars, or RV.
